為防止部分不肖使用者利用非原創文章不當增加有效文章數或 Ptt 幣 (即俗稱「利用新聞或情報洗文章數或洗錢」行為)， 即日起本板[新聞]類文章新增以下規定： 使用者若當日內於全站發表三篇以上[新聞][情報][資訊][分享] 或其它類別但內容為轉貼自他人創作之文章者(以下簡稱轉貼文章)， 且該使用者當日內於全站發表之文章中，轉貼文章數量佔二分之一以上者， 不得於本板發表[新聞]類文章。 使用者於他人發表之轉貼文章，僅能以轉錄文章方式轉貼至本板， 不得以發表文章方式轉貼至本板以獲得有效文章數。 違反以上二項規定者視為違反本板使用規範第十五條第一項第四款， 處水桶一年以上併科退文，同時不接受任何解釋。 轉錄之文章或 0 Ptt 幣之文章不計數。 此外，在本公告發佈之前之[新聞]類文章，或違反上開規定情節輕微者， 若本板有充分理由認定其為不當增加有效文章數或 Ptt 幣者， 亦得視情況逕行砍除。 本規定即刻生效。 -- You can Special Summon this card (from your hand or your graveyard or your banished zone) by destroying all the other cards on the field and in either players' hand.
