標題Re: [問題] iTunes 最新退費格式?

: 前文底下網友推文的方式無法使用
: 回報問題之後 沒有地方可以填寫問題 (之前都是這樣) 但現在不行
: 只會跳到http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/ itunes support的頁面
: 沒有可以填寫問題寫e-mail的地方
: 有網友最近有退費的經驗嗎? 還是因為我人在中國無法連到那個畫面?
你有試過我上次推文中的方法嗎?
購買記錄-->點選你要退的軟體-->問題回報-->填寫就對了
可能我沒說明清楚那個直接用 iTune 軟體就可以了
網頁我原本也是一直找那個 Email 頁
後來發現直接在 iTune 中的購買記錄
然後點選軟體後, 再點旁邊的問題回報
就可以看到之前許多網頁上看到的那個問題填寫頁
可以選你退費的原因, 我是選:
This application is not compatible with my device
其實我應該是選錯類別
因為我要買 Slingplayer iPhone版, 錯買 Slingplayer iPad版
是我的 Slingbox 硬體不符合
反正我就和他解釋買錯版本, 也和他說明我已經買 iPhone版
請他幫我退 iPad版的... 當然以上的信是用英文寫的
也如同板友所說 apple 馬上回信如下:

大致就是以上的信, 雖然是制式的, 但看起來還算親切
而且退費速度還不錯, 信中說七到十天, 事實上四天就刷退給我了
