: 前文底下网友推文的方式无法使用
: 回报问题之後 没有地方可以填写问题 (之前都是这样) 但现在不行
: 只会跳到http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/ itunes support的页面
: 没有可以填写问题写e-mail的地方
: 有网友最近有退费的经验吗? 还是因为我人在中国无法连到那个画面?
你有试过我上次推文中的方法吗?
购买记录-->点选你要退的软体-->问题回报-->填写就对了
可能我没说明清楚那个直接用 iTune 软体就可以了
网页我原本也是一直找那个 Email 页
後来发现直接在 iTune 中的购买记录
然後点选软体後, 再点旁边的问题回报
就可以看到之前许多网页上看到的那个问题填写页
可以选你退费的原因, 我是选:
This application is not compatible with my device
其实我应该是选错类别
因为我要买 Slingplayer iPhone版, 错买 Slingplayer iPad版
是我的 Slingbox 硬体不符合
反正我就和他解释买错版本, 也和他说明我已经买 iPhone版
请他帮我退 iPad版的... 当然以上的信是用英文写的
也如同板友所说 apple 马上回信如下:

大致就是以上的信, 虽然是制式的, 但看起来还算亲切
而且退费速度还不错, 信中说七到十天, 事实上四天就刷退给我了
