今天要介紹的是最基本的芬蘭菜 可以在Market Square的路邊攤裡吃到 (~8Euro)
做法跟大家煎的鮭魚排很像 但不同的是配料簡單 只有salt、新鮮dill及rose pepper
魚排洗淨後 撒點鹽在表面 以中大火煎兩面 然後轉小火至魚排熟了
最後裝盤時 擺上切碎的新鮮時蘿 及紅胡椒粒
因為除了煎嫩的魚排之外 味道來自於dill及rose pepper 建議用新鮮的

Pink or Rose Pepper:
This is not a true pepper but is a dried berry from a small mastic tree
related to the rose bush and found on the French Island of Reuni on in the
Indian Ocean. (These are also commonly referred to as "Red Peppercorns" in
trade and in many cookbooks.) These are used whole in nouveau cuisine dishes
or mixed with other varieties for general use. The flavor is most similar to
that of Black Pepper, but milder and more acidic with a hint of sweetness.
