請問英文食譜的2個問題, 請網友幫忙解答, TKS!
請問底下 stick是指多少容量?
2 sticks soft unsalted butter
請問2 cups confectioners' sugar 的 1 cup 是指227 公克嗎? (在有看見,
想再確認), 以及confectioner 是指白糖嗎?
