They may : appear only to go as far as interjection, the mechanical quasi-signal : that indicates either the mere presence of interlocutory Dasein （斜體） : at the other end of the line (Hello, yes?) or the passive docility : of a secretary or a subordinate who, like some archiving machine, i : s ready to record orders (yes, sir 括弧斜體) or who is satisfied : with purely informative answers (yes, sir; no, sir 括弧斜體) : 這段算不算「簡單直接又清楚」？ : 喔，當然高中生可能得查一下 sematic, linguistic, rhetorical, : symmetrical. occurence, stereophonic, interjection, quasi-, : interlocutory, docility, subordinate 這些字啦。 : 不過這麼簡單又清楚的段落，到底是歐陸的還是分析的呢？ 說真的，是誰寫的還不是那麼重要的事情。畢竟那區分區分的是style。同一個 人可以在不同時間點寫出不同style的東西。你說呢？你覺得這一段直接又清楚 嗎？除了開頭以外，我後面的幾乎都看不懂耶。你如果願意，不妨解釋一下到 底這一段的phiolosophical point在哪兒？如果是動真格要分析the word "yes" ，談語哲，分析哲學家不會這樣子寫的啦。 我針對我比較看得懂的第一段來講點我的看法。一堆不知道，哪有不知道？很 多時候"yes"的意思就是"affirmative"，用以表達某種心理態度。不過這個詞 也許用speech acts theory分析會更妥切一些，可是該理論我不熟，故在此打 住。 這一段哪兒看起來「分析」了呢？但這不表示這不可能出自所謂的分析哲學家 之手就是了。但即使是，我想這也是出現在比較輕鬆的脈絡或刊物上頭吧（請 把這兩行聯想到我前面提到的「不成熟」）。 這一段一看就像心得感想或散文性質的東西。不是rigorous philosophical work。 不過看來你好像真的就是看不見我試圖強調並描述的差異，才會以為這一段可 以做為分析/ 歐陸區分的反例吧。 我打一段典型的分析期刊上的段落： We need to distinguish between: (i) An object dose not appear to have property P and (ii) An object appear not to have property P. The two phrases (i) and (ii) describe different cases. For example, looking at John Mary does not visually perceive John as being sad. It odes not follow that John appears to Mary not to be sad - her perception can be neutral with respecet to John's emotional state. If so and if John is in fact sad Mary's perception can still be veridical although she does not see John's sadness. -- abridged from M.
