最近有一位朋友拜託我幫忙翻譯一小段介紹文字(中翻英) 因為不是專業譯者 母語也不是英文 怕翻錯了意思 還有有些專有名詞不確定翻法 懇請板上高手撥冗指正 非常感謝! 原文如下: 「橫輪櫻」為1912年6月在日本三重縣伊勢市橫輪町發現的新品種，也因此以此命名，目 前在日本僅該地才有此品種。橫輪櫻花的花蕊呈現濃郁的粉紅色和大朵的花瓣，並在花蕊 綻放的同時散發出高貴又淡雅的香味。 日本三重縣為了紀念與新北市所簽署的觀光交流合作協定書，並促進雙方的友誼，特別致 贈4株橫輪櫻苗木，並於2016年2月23日植種於此。 翻譯: Yokowa Sakura (the Yokowa Cherry) is a new species discovered on June, 1912. In Japan, it was only found in Yokowa-Cho, a district of Ise City, Mie Prefecture, and therefore bears the name of Yokowa Sakura. 或是[It is an original species of Yokowa-Cho (a district of Ise City, Mie Prefecture, Japan), and therefore was named after the place it was found.] 這樣翻比較合適? 找到比較多的資料是吉野櫻 吉野櫻的英文好像直接可翻成the Yoshino Cherry 橫輪櫻好像沒有特定翻法 請教懂日文的朋友 日文的說法就是Yokowa Sakura 所以直接先用Yokowa Sakura翻 還是應該用Yokowa Cherry比較合適呢? On February 23, 2016, the saplings were planted here as a symbol of friendship. 這裡的"紀念"兩字， 如果用in honor of(或是in remembrance of)會不會很奇怪呢? 還是有比較好的動詞可以使用? 懇請高手協助指正，非常感謝~! --
