標題[請益] TPO42 獨立寫作的對象

各位好: TPO42 獨立寫作的題目是:
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do
during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
這樣的題目我可以從 I 出發去回答嗎?
例如:
第一段
.....For me, as an engineer, I disagree with the statement and prefer to do
similar tasks all day.....
第二段
......I am a person who like to arrange my schedule early....
第三段
.... I like to work alone. Cooperating with too many colleagues makes me feel
disturbed at work.
也就是說我都以"I"來當作提供觀點或考量的對象，但這樣是不是算偏題?
應該用"the workers"比較正確? 或者我該用"the workers"當作開頭描述的對象，
但舉例用自身的例子?

回應謝老師:我第二段的主題句:I am a person who like to arrange my schedule early.
However, having many different types of tasks can mess up the schedule.
第三段:Secondly, I like to work alone. Cooperating with too many colleagues
makes me feel disturbed at work. 我一直以為是以錯誤的對象出發導致離題
(應該是workers or people，而不是I)，所以反而是舉例和題目所問的邏輯性不夠，
導致離題?
