标题[请益] TPO42 独立写作的对象

各位好: TPO42 独立写作的题目是:
Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
Workers are more satisfied when they have many different types of tasks to do
during the workday than when they do similar tasks all day long.
Use specific reasons and examples to support your answer.
这样的题目我可以从 I 出发去回答吗?
例如:
第一段
.....For me, as an engineer, I disagree with the statement and prefer to do
similar tasks all day.....
第二段
......I am a person who like to arrange my schedule early....
第三段
.... I like to work alone. Cooperating with too many colleagues makes me feel
disturbed at work.
也就是说我都以"I"来当作提供观点或考量的对象，但这样是不是算偏题?
应该用"the workers"比较正确? 或者我该用"the workers"当作开头描述的对象，
但举例用自身的例子?

回应谢老师:我第二段的主题句:I am a person who like to arrange my schedule early.
However, having many different types of tasks can mess up the schedule.
第三段:Secondly, I like to work alone. Cooperating with too many colleagues
makes me feel disturbed at work. 我一直以为是以错误的对象出发导致离题
(应该是workers or people，而不是I)，所以反而是举例和题目所问的逻辑性不够，
导致离题?
