請問何謂熱電子效應
在維基百科中查到的解釋如下
"A Hot Electron is an electron which is not in thermal equilibrium with the
lattice. It occurs in the region of semiconductor device featuring high
electric fields."
但還是不清楚熱電子本身與熱電子效應的定義
