请问何谓热电子效应
在维基百科中查到的解释如下
"A Hot Electron is an electron which is not in thermal equilibrium with the
lattice. It occurs in the region of semiconductor device featuring high
electric fields."
但还是不清楚热电子本身与热电子效应的定义
