標題[問題] lamb shift

看到以前上課的筆記 提到lamb shift 好像沒說明些甚麼
去wiki查了一下

裡面的提到:This particular difference is a one-loop effect of quantum electrodynamics,
and can be interpreted as the influence of virtual photons that have been
emitted and re-absorbed by the atom
"one-loop effect of quantum electrody" 是什麼???
