标题[问题] lamb shift

看到以前上课的笔记 提到lamb shift 好像没说明些甚麽
去wiki查了一下

里面的提到:This particular difference is a one-loop effect of quantum electrodynamics,
and can be interpreted as the influence of virtual photons that have been
emitted and re-absorbed by the atom
"one-loop effect of quantum electrody" 是什麽???
