標題[問題] 請問電動力學Jackson ch.1

今天在重讀Jackson第三版第一章時,
在第30頁第五行的地方,
那段寫著:
Note that (curl E = 0) depends on the central nature of the force
between charges, and on the fact that the force is a function of
relative distances only,
but does not depend on the inverse square nature.
請問這段為什麼這樣講,
我看不懂這個結論的根據在哪 @@
第一段是說因為F=qE是原因之一嗎??
第二段說力是相對距離的函數也是原因之一
第三段說跟距離平方這一項無關????為什麼
沒有距離平方這一項 E怎麼會變(E = -gradient potential )
