标题[问题] 请问电动力学Jackson ch.1

今天在重读Jackson第三版第一章时,
在第30页第五行的地方,
那段写着:
Note that (curl E = 0) depends on the central nature of the force
between charges, and on the fact that the force is a function of
relative distances only,
but does not depend on the inverse square nature.
请问这段为什麽这样讲,
我看不懂这个结论的根据在哪 @@
第一段是说因为F=qE是原因之一吗??
第二段说力是相对距离的函数也是原因之一
第三段说跟距离平方这一项无关????为什麽
没有距离平方这一项 E怎麽会变(E = -gradient potential )
