in the moving frame of electron A, if there exists another electron B at some
point in space
I (with electron moving frame) can see not only E-field but also H-field
generated from electron B
有一個問題是, 如果in lab frame有一個(靜)磁場(e.g. generated from permanent
magnet), 那麼in the moving frame of electron, 將會看到什麼?
