in the moving frame of electron A, if there exists another electron B at some
point in space
I (with electron moving frame) can see not only E-field but also H-field
generated from electron B
有一个问题是, 如果in lab frame有一个(静)磁场(e.g. generated from permanent
magnet), 那麽in the moving frame of electron, 将会看到什麽?
