標題[問題] Rawl's "justice as fairness"

剛好念到一句話
但是我怎麼想都想不通
我是念護理的,此句話出現在護理倫理的書目中
"using income inequalities and ability to pat as screening devices for access
to health care is ethically unjustifiable under this view of justise"
所以在Rawls的理論之下,用social economics status 來篩選一個人可使用的醫療資源
-->是不可以接受的...
我的問題是 在rawls的理論之下 怎樣才算是合理?
