标题[问题] Rawl's "justice as fairness"

刚好念到一句话
但是我怎麽想都想不通
我是念护理的,此句话出现在护理伦理的书目中
"using income inequalities and ability to pat as screening devices for access
to health care is ethically unjustifiable under this view of justise"
所以在Rawls的理论之下,用social economics status 来筛选一个人可使用的医疗资源
-->是不可以接受的...
我的问题是 在rawls的理论之下 怎样才算是合理?
