1979年大學聯考英文試題

聯招會公布的答案是(C) that has，很多人主張(D) that have 也應該給分。
雙方都引經據典，所以其實英美文獻&文法書也沒有一致的用法。
湯廷池教授有特別撰文敘述這一事件。他認為兩種答案都該給分。
