1979年大学联考英文试题

联招会公布的答案是(C) that has，很多人主张(D) that have 也应该给分。
双方都引经据典，所以其实英美文献&文法书也没有一致的用法。
汤廷池教授有特别撰文叙述这一事件。他认为两种答案都该给分。
