標題[文法] 這句話哪裡有文錯?

國中英文文法考題…
文法挑錯，題目如下:
I saw the woman punished the boy after he broke the screen.
I saw 後面接子句
子句描述過去簡單的事實 ，因此使用過去簡單式
真的看不出哪裡有錯
請各位高手幫忙解答，謝謝
