標題[文法] season 的關係副詞

版上的前輩們大家好，今天做到一則題目
Spring is the season _________ flowers are in bloom.
(A) when
(B) where
(C) how
(D) why
答案給B,想請問為什麼不是A呢？因為season 在我的認知算是時間的一種，為何答案會以地方為關係副詞呢？謝謝~
