标题[文法] season 的关系副词

版上的前辈们大家好，今天做到一则题目
Spring is the season _________ flowers are in bloom.
(A) when
(B) where
(C) how
(D) why
答案给B,想请问为什麽不是A呢？因为season 在我的认知算是时间的一种，为何答案会以地方为关系副词呢？谢谢~
