標題[文法] 詞典中的"that this is usually done"

大家好，想請教一下
在Longman Business English Dictionary看到這樣的解釋：
full-time adj.
working or studying for the complete number of hours that this is usually done
想請教的是，that this is usually done這個形容詞子句怎麼還原回去？因為牽涉到被
動語態，讓我不太確定。
目前的理解是還原為：
1.working or studying for the complete number of hours
2.this is usually done the complete number of hours
其中第二句的被動再改回主動：
usually do this the complete number of hours
也就是do在此句中有兩個受詞：this和the complete number of hours
而this是代指'working or studying'。
以上是我的想法，不知是否正確呢？謝謝。

我現在發現K大的解法是最好的，也就是把那個that當成類似the way的用法，
後面接一個名詞子句 this is usually done。換句話說，這個解釋寫得不好的地方
在那個that，它如果是寫in which就好多了。

感謝kee32的回應，可是我覺得您舉的例子和這句解釋的結構好像不太一樣：
you're all that I need
you're everything that I need
這兩句都是S+V+C的結構，補語的部分附帶一個形容詞子句
you're what I need
這一句是S+V+C的結構，名詞子句當補語
但是這句
the complete number of hours that this is usually done
是一個名詞加上一個形容詞子句，而且形容詞子句中含有被動的結構
(所以我想釐清它還原為主動的寫法)，再加上還有一個代名詞this，
也要確認其代指的意思。
總體來說是比較複雜的。如有冒犯請見諒。

我目前採用kaifrankwind前輩的思路，
將the complete number of hours看成是副詞片語，因為這樣才能處理被動語態
還原回主動後，"usually do this the complete number of hours"中，
"the complete number of hours"在句子裡的結構。
