标题[文法] 词典中的"that this is usually done"

大家好，想请教一下
在Longman Business English Dictionary看到这样的解释：
full-time adj.
working or studying for the complete number of hours that this is usually done
想请教的是，that this is usually done这个形容词子句怎麽还原回去？因为牵涉到被
动语态，让我不太确定。
目前的理解是还原为：
1.working or studying for the complete number of hours
2.this is usually done the complete number of hours
其中第二句的被动再改回主动：
usually do this the complete number of hours
也就是do在此句中有两个受词：this和the complete number of hours
而this是代指'working or studying'。
以上是我的想法，不知是否正确呢？谢谢。

我现在发现K大的解法是最好的，也就是把那个that当成类似the way的用法，
後面接一个名词子句 this is usually done。换句话说，这个解释写得不好的地方
在那个that，它如果是写in which就好多了。

感谢kee32的回应，可是我觉得您举的例子和这句解释的结构好像不太一样：
you're all that I need
you're everything that I need
这两句都是S+V+C的结构，补语的部分附带一个形容词子句
you're what I need
这一句是S+V+C的结构，名词子句当补语
但是这句
the complete number of hours that this is usually done
是一个名词加上一个形容词子句，而且形容词子句中含有被动的结构
(所以我想厘清它还原为主动的写法)，再加上还有一个代名词this，
也要确认其代指的意思。
总体来说是比较复杂的。如有冒犯请见谅。

我目前采用kaifrankwind前辈的思路，
将the complete number of hours看成是副词片语，因为这样才能处理被动语态
还原回主动後，"usually do this the complete number of hours"中，
"the complete number of hours"在句子里的结构。
