請問一句話的文法:
Republicants must deliver the kind of deep reductions
they say were negligently absent from Obama's propsal.
(如果我的解釋有問題，可以的話請推文告知，謝謝!!)
我的解釋是:這句話明顯的省略了關代，
可是我填不回去省略的位置。
希望有大大可以幫忙還原一下。
