请问一句话的文法:
Republicants must deliver the kind of deep reductions
they say were negligently absent from Obama's propsal.
(如果我的解释有问题，可以的话请推文告知，谢谢!!)
我的解释是:这句话明显的省略了关代，
可是我填不回去省略的位置。
希望有大大可以帮忙还原一下。
