標題[求譯] 一個句子的說法

想請問：
「請到二樓，那裡有專人為您服務」的英文要怎麼說呢？
我自己想到的講法是這樣：
"Please go to the second floor, and we have someone can help you."
還有另外在網路上查到的講法：
"Please go to the second floor, and we have someone at your service."
主要是不太了解「專人為您服務」該怎麼說，
可以請大家幫我看看這樣的說法正不正確嗎？
另外還有「我們這裡沒有人可以幫您」(我們這裡沒辦法處理您的問題)
該怎麼說呢？
我上次聽到同事是講"We have no one can help you."
這樣的說法正確嗎？
