标题[求译] 一个句子的说法

想请问：
「请到二楼，那里有专人为您服务」的英文要怎麽说呢？
我自己想到的讲法是这样：
"Please go to the second floor, and we have someone can help you."
还有另外在网路上查到的讲法：
"Please go to the second floor, and we have someone at your service."
主要是不太了解「专人为您服务」该怎麽说，
可以请大家帮我看看这样的说法正不正确吗？
另外还有「我们这里没有人可以帮您」(我们这里没办法处理您的问题)
该怎麽说呢？
我上次听到同事是讲"We have no one can help you."
这样的说法正确吗？
