題目：The reason __ the motor had overheated.
正確答案是填 the machine failed is that
我的老師說前面省略了why
他說全句應該是
The reason why the machine failed is that the motor had overheated.
^^^
提問：
1.我可以說是省略了that嗎?
我把that S+V當成the reason的同位語 可以這樣嗎?我會這樣想,是因為看過the fact
that S+V...這種句子...這樣解釋對嗎?
2.附帶一提,名詞子句當同位語的that可以省略嗎?
