標題[方法]抽GST-fustion protein kit

請問板上的各位
有人推薦抽ㄕGST-fusion protein的kit嗎？
或是GST-Fusion protein與glutathione beads binding後
用glutathione elute後,進行dialysis或是濃縮時,有推薦的濃縮管嗎？
本人研究的兩蛋白分子量約70與39kd 加上GST約100與69kd 左右
