标题[方法]抽GST-fustion protein kit

请问板上的各位
有人推荐抽ㄕGST-fusion protein的kit吗？
或是GST-Fusion protein与glutathione beads binding後
用glutathione elute後,进行dialysis或是浓缩时,有推荐的浓缩管吗？
本人研究的两蛋白分子量约70与39kd 加上GST约100与69kd 左右
