reverse transcriptional transactivator (rtTA)的方法應用在許多地方，
但形態上會受到影響，且維持不易。本篇改進了實驗方法，利用
pN1pβactin-rtTA2S-M2-IRES-EGFP vector (where IRES is an internal ribosome
entry site)使其較易維持提高其表現效率。
