传统tet-on cell line稳定表现doxycycline (Dox)-regulated
reverse transcriptional transactivator (rtTA)的方法应用在许多地方，
但形态上会受到影响，且维持不易。本篇改进了实验方法，利用
pN1pβactin-rtTA2S-M2-IRES-EGFP vector (where IRES is an internal ribosome
entry site)使其较易维持提高其表现效率。
