標題[討論] 關於Luciferase reporter assay

我想要設計一個實驗測試一個真菌trichoderma的gene promoter
想到luciferase reporter assay的想法
是否有產品是可以送到真菌去表現的?
如果沒有的話,用我所看到可以表現在trichoderma的plasmid進行改造
將其promoter置換成為我要測試的promoter,並接入luciferase
這樣的想法是否行得通?還是需要其他的原件?
