我想要设计一个实验测试一个真菌trichoderma的gene promoter
想到luciferase reporter assay的想法
是否有产品是可以送到真菌去表现的?
如果没有的话,用我所看到可以表现在trichoderma的plasmid进行改造
将其promoter置换成为我要测试的promoter,并接入luciferase
这样的想法是否行得通?还是需要其他的原件?
