標題[求救] protein kinase 的問題

我看資料說
protein kinase 可以分為兩大類
1.Ser/Thr protein kinase
2.Tyr protein kinase
Ser/Thr/Tyr這三種胺基酸都可以共價接上磷酸基團
我想問的是 protein kinase 是這三中胺基酸構成的呢?
還是說protein kinase 可以去作用這三種胺基酸?
所以才這樣分成兩大類
因為我又有看到有題目問
What does a protein kinase do to its substrate?
Give two examples of this enzyme and indicate their significances?
結果答案是舉glycogen phosphorylase kinase 和 glucokinse 兩個例子
頓時我變得不知道，到底誰是substrate 誰是 kinase 了。
