标题[求救] protein kinase 的问题

我看资料说
protein kinase 可以分为两大类
1.Ser/Thr protein kinase
2.Tyr protein kinase
Ser/Thr/Tyr这三种胺基酸都可以共价接上磷酸基团
我想问的是 protein kinase 是这三中胺基酸构成的呢?
还是说protein kinase 可以去作用这三种胺基酸?
所以才这样分成两大类
因为我又有看到有题目问
What does a protein kinase do to its substrate?
Give two examples of this enzyme and indicate their significances?
结果答案是举glycogen phosphorylase kinase 和 glucokinse 两个例子
顿时我变得不知道，到底谁是substrate 谁是 kinase 了。
