標題[求救] Deprotection Method

在paper中的method看到一段
"Deprotection Method for Oligonucleotides containing Tg"
這裡的Deprotection Method是什麼意思阿?
是指Oligo的3'端去掉兩個磷酸根來延續下去嗎?
搞不太懂 也剛好沒有寫reference...
