在paper中的method看到一段
"Deprotection Method for Oligonucleotides containing Tg"
这里的Deprotection Method是什麽意思阿?
是指Oligo的3'端去掉两个磷酸根来延续下去吗?
搞不太懂 也刚好没有写reference...
