The numbers at the left indicate the positions of DNA size makers (kb) 在 0.8kb 的 fragment，就是 dTph9 的插入位置 請問要如何看這張圖上有幾個 dTph9 的 copy number 呢? 他只有一個 band 顯示，代表只有一個 copy number 嗎? 還是說是要看 band 的亮度可以知道有幾個 copy number? 另一個不是很重要的問題:為什麼在 2.0kb 有這麼長的拖曳的 band? 謝謝回答...我是看paper的新手 也沒有做過southern blot 看不懂這張圖所代表的涵義 再次謝謝大家... -- http://www.wretch.cc/album/yawer --
