(A) Diagram of the hf1-2 allele.Exons and introns are indicated with boxes
and solid lines, respectively.The positions of HindIII sites, the dTph9
insert, and the region used as theprobe are indicated.
(B) Southern blot of HindIII-digested genomic DNA.The probe for dTph9 was
prepared by PCR using primers Hf1-f17 and Hf1-r17 (Table 1). Lane 1, Falcon
Blue (genotype, Hf1Hf1); lane 2, Falcon Red (hf1-2hf1-2); lane 3, Baccara Red
(hf1-3hf1-3). The arrow indicates the HindIII fragment from dTph9 in the
hf1-2 gene. The numbers at the left indicate the positions of DNA size makers

在 0.8kb 的 fragment，就是 dTph9 的插入位置
请问要如何看这张图上有几个 dTph9 的 copy number 呢?
他只有一个 band 显示，代表只有一个 copy number 吗?
还是说是要看 band 的亮度可以知道有几个 copy number?
另一个不是很重要的问题:为什麽在 2.0kb 有这麽长的拖曳的 band?
