標題[方法] DCFH-DA assay in 293T

因為最近某個實驗要測ROS
可是reagent其實放了一陣子
想先test一下 DCFH-DA是否還可以使用?
here is the protocol
1. 293T without serum, 37 degree C, for 15 mins
2. add DCFH-DA 50 microM, 37 degree C, for 15 mins
3. trypsin digestion
4. resuspend in PBS
5. flowcytometry analysis
i was wondering if there is any step could be modified ?
