我沒有作 mutation 想在plasmid 上加Bgl II sites
我需要在我的plasmid上加上兩個Bgl II sites 才能跟廠商賣
的vector作ligation
會有這個限制是因為現成的vector上的restriction enzyme sites
是固定的其中包括Bgl II 而且kit裡有附Bgl II enzyme
拜託大家了
