我没有作 mutation 想在plasmid 上加Bgl II sites
我需要在我的plasmid上加上两个Bgl II sites 才能跟厂商卖
的vector作ligation
会有这个限制是因为现成的vector上的restriction enzyme sites
是固定的其中包括Bgl II 而且kit里有附Bgl II enzyme
拜托大家了
