標題[問題]用PCR product在進行一次PCR為何都是high weight?

請教板上高手,
為何用PCR product在進行一次PCR,
跑膠時,結果不是得到我要的band,
而是出現smear,且多是high weight的,
這到底是啥問題??
請賜教.
