标题[问题]用PCR product在进行一次PCR为何都是high weight?

请教板上高手,
为何用PCR product在进行一次PCR,
跑胶时,结果不是得到我要的band,
而是出现smear,且多是high weight的,
这到底是啥问题??
请赐教.
