[题目] in a crystal, assume the phonon has three energy level
n=1 E=0.01eV n=2 E=0.02eV n=3 E=0.03eV
At 300K , estimate the fraction of the phonon in the
n=1,2,3 states
[瓶颈] 有点不太晓得题目的意思~不知从哪个方向下手
