标题[文法] 比较级other 用法

如图片这题的题目，
他是同范围的，但答案为什麽不可以选B
Alice是女生没错，但因为在教室是同范围，
所以我跟男生在做比较，所以把自己排除在外。
但为什麽答案是选C ?
